What Residents Say About The Access

I just want to give a shoutout to Jovi from the maintenance team. I always see him working hard around the property cleaning the hallways, picking up litter, and making sure everything stays looking nice. It’s clear he really cares about keeping the place clean and well maintained. It’s great to see someone consistently putting in the effort to make the community better for everyone

Shakeelah Dawan and Gavin Munroe are front office and they're always available to help, very knowledgeable, very kind. This is a beautiful, clean complex. Management and maintenance are on site and will check in with you as well. Any maintenance issues are resolved within 2 days. The maintenance team is kind and takes pride in the buildings. Shakeelah Dawan and Gavin Munroe helped me prepare my information and docs for weeks. Many phone calls made. They were extremely attentive during this time and made sure I got moved in. If you are wanting to move they will make it happen. My family loves it here. They have everything you need to entertain family or friends. Work spaces included in lobby. There is a gym, pool, basketball. A shop called Bora Bora just opened up and there's access to it from the inside of your building. It's open late too and serves like breakfast, sweet treats, and sandwiches. It neighbors a tea shop as well. Markets within walking distance. Great parking if you have a car and great transit options otherwise. I have personally never seen or heard of any issues here.
